They have a simple wooden handle and are available in the original wood tone and in modern colours. I definitely got that value, though i hoped for a bit better. Includes white handle 2 1/2 peeler, light pink handle 3 vegetable knife, medium pink handle 4. The opinel kitchen knives have a high cutting quality and are comfortable in the hand.
